Welcome to Nellai Packers and Movers. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Services

We provide packing and moving services for residential and commercial clients. The scope of our services will be outlined in the agreement made with each customer.

3. Booking and Payments

• All bookings must be confirmed in advance.
• Payments must be made as per the agreed terms. We accept cash, bank transfers, and digital payments.
• Cancellation charges may apply if a booking is canceled after confirmation.

4. Liability

• We take utmost care in handling your belongings. However, we are not liable for damages due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Customers are advised to insure their valuable goods before transportation.
• Claims for damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must provide accurate information regarding pickup and delivery locations.
• Hazardous or illegal items are strictly prohibited.
• Customers must ensure their presence or an authorized representative at both pickup and delivery locations.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation requests must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled move. Refunds will be processed as per our refund policy, and cancellation fees may apply.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services shall be resolved amicably. If unresolved, the matter will be subjected to relatabale Applicable Law or Jurisdiction.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
